Kathy Hodgson has 22 years experience in the real estate and escrow industry. She specializes in residential and income property escrows.

She is a firm believer in that you need to have a positive attitude and a good sense of humor to get things done. She also believes that the Customer is always number one.

Kathy has been working with Pickford Escrow Company since 1995. She is a third generation native San Diegan. She has three children and a great husband. She enjoys going to Padre Games and the beach but most of all she enjoys her family.
